272306221 4672758972762027 8991519088502526459 n

Mental Health & Recovery Board of Portage County issued the following announcement on January 21.

Learn the signs of an overdoes: Sometimes it can be difficult to tell if a person is just very high, or experiencing an overdose. If you’re having a hard time telling the difference, it is best to treat the situation like an overdose – it could save someone’s life. Call 911 and administer naloxone.

To receive a naloxone kit, contact Portage Health District 330-296-9919 or Townhall II 330-678-3006.
