Mental Health & Recovery Board of Portage County issued the following announcement on January 25.
Early exposure to drugs will increase one’s chances of developing substance use disorders. Drugs change the brain and can elicit severe health issues. Talk to the youth in your life about the importance of prevention and taking care of oneself.
