Mark your calendars!! We have an egg-citing event coming up!
On Sunday, March 20, 2022, Blue Line Unlimited in partnership with the Portage County Sheriff’s Office will be holding the 1st Annual Helicopter Egg Drop Charity Easter Egg Hunt & Golf Ball Drop at the Portage County Fairgrounds. The event will be broken into two parts: the egg hunt and the charity golf ball drop.
Egg Hunt:
Children ages 2-7 are welcome to join us at 1PM on Sunday, March 20th for our egg-stravagant egg hunt. A helicopter flyover will be dropping eggs at the fairgrounds for children to collect, some of them containing tickets to redeem prizes at the prize table. This is a free event to participate in, but children must be pre-registered prior to the event. Register now at BlueLineUnlimited.com
Charity Golf Ball Drop:
In addition to the egg hunt, we will be holding a charity golf ball drop. A pin will be placed on the fairgrounds field, and the ball dropped from the helicopter that lands closest to the pin will win a $1,000 Grand Prize! Numbered balls will be dropped from the helicopter on the target. Simply put, the ball that you purchase is essentially a raffle ticket for a $1,000 cash prize. If your ball lands closest to the pin, you win! Golf balls are now available for purchase at BlueLineUnlimited.com
If you purchase a ball, you will automatically be assigned a number. All number assignments will be published prior to the event.
100% of proceeds that are made through the golf ball sales will be donated to Akron Children's Hospital and Shriner's Hospitals for Children burn units.
