Congratulations to Paul Troyer, is the recipient of the 2022 Portage County “Saved by the Belt” Award! Ohio State Highway Patrol Lt. Scott Louive - Ravenna Post, nominated and presented the award to Mr. Troyer. Paul was in a crash of February 1, 2022 and the choice he made to wear his seat belt that day saved his life!
