"January is Cervical Cancer Awareness month. According to the World Health Organization, cervical cancer is one of the most preventable and treatable types of cancer. Take time for self - care by setting up an appointment to screen for cervical cancer and HPV with a pap test. To further protect yourself, be sure you are vaccinated against HPV.
