Congratulations to Akron Fire paramedic Tia Riley for completing an extensive training to be on the Critical Incident Team. This specialty training is designed to help law enforcement and paramedics defuse critical situations out in the field . Great job. We now have 35 paramedics and EMTs trained for the Critical Incident Team. Captain Brian Weaver of the EMS bureau was there to congratulate Tia.
