Rootstown High School standout Natalie Hammerschmidt’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Saturday, Feb. 1

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Rootstown High School standout Natalie Hammerschmidt’s current college team, the Tiffin Dragons, won 13-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Emory & Henry Wasps.

The game took place at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Wasps this season.

The Dragons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex against Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
