Saturday, Feb. 22: Rootstown High School standout Shelbie Krieger’s college team loses to Auburn Tigers

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Rootstown High School standout Shelbie Krieger’s current college team, the Miami RedHawks, lost 11-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Auburn Tigers.

The game took place at Toyota Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The RedHawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at U.S. Bank Stadium against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
