On Thursday, Feb. 20, former Rootstown High School standout Natalie Hammerschmidt’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Thursday, Feb. 20, former Rootstown High School standout Natalie Hammerschmidt’s current college team, the Tiffin Dragons, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Ferris State Bulldogs.

The game took place at Grand Park Sports Campus. This was their second matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Dragons’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Grand Park Sports Campus against Quincy Hawks.
