Graduates earn 235 degrees, certificates from Northeast Ohio Medical University

About 61.3 percent of the 235 degrees and certificates handed out by Northeast Ohio Medical University in 2017-18 were to students in programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Rootstown conferred 144 doctor's degrees in medicine programs.

Other popular programs include pharmacy, bioethics/medical ethics and pharmacy administration and pharmacy policy and regulatory affairs.

The university enrolled 942 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in 942 programs.
