There were 808 students enrolled in Waterloo Local Schools in the 2022-23 school year, 5.7% less than the previous year, according to the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.4% of them were girls, and 49.6% were boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, representing 92.6% of the Waterloo Local Schools total enrollment.

Waterloo Local Schools roughly covers three schools within Portage County and has a main office in Atwater.

Among the three schools in Waterloo Local Schools, Waterloo Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 410 students in the 2022-23 school year.
